Black Chow needs a good home. Beautiful and well fed. Stray that we have been feeding for 8 months. Resources are very limited here in Hawaii. No rescue will take a dog that may bite or fight when trapped. He is skittish and needs to learn how to trust someone again. He knows my husband who feeds him but still hides a lot. Probably needs someone to work with him. We rescue cats so are unable to foster him. Animal Control will trap but has limited fosters so he would likely be euthanized. We will keep feeding him but need help and he really deserves a real, safe home.
