About Major

Lab
Age: Senior
Sex: Male

We adopted Major in 2020 from the West Valley shelter. He got neutered there and microchipped. Major is a 100lb silver Lab (we ran a DNA test on him.). Major will be ten years old in May of 2024. We need to re-home him after almost 4 years. He cannot be in a household with any pets, or even a farm. He killed 4 of my step-Mom's chickens. He is only a dog for humans. Adores and loves all humans big or small. We had a 4lb Pomeranian named Charlotte that we have had for 3 months. We aren't sure if she startled him but he snapped down once and quickly pulled away and that was enough for her to pass away. Internal bleeding:( We love Major but are in too much pain losing Charlotte. We have decided to try to re-home Major since he is a good Lab for a human, before we go the putting to sleep route. He of course would come with his dog bed, automatic dog feeder, dog food container, toys, etc, vaccination records (up to date), etc. He loves chasing balls, he loves the water, loves finding and chasing sticks, and loves sleeping on the couch and in our bed at our feet. He is of course potty trained since he is ten. We want to find him a great, loving, final home.
