About Winter

I bought winter from Amish breeder in PA. She is a good dog for right situation. The right situation would be a person or persons with no young children and best if no other dog. We have a 5yr old Bernese Mountain Dog who she gets along with unless he goes near her food or toys, she hasn't been exposed to any other dogs so unsure of her reaction. Winter is very much the Alpha and tends to stay to herself all though she does like being pet she gives no affection back there are no doggie kisses. The reason we are looking for a home is she nipped my 6 yr old son who ran under table to hug her which may have startled her and she reacted by biting. She is a good dog outside of that incident she is protective of house she barks at anything that walks by especially trucks. I hope to find her a good home. She is do to receive her latest vaccinations 2/27/24
