About Jerico

We got Jerico from my sister when she passed. He is a deer legged chihuahua. He had likely been abused by a man as he is very scared around men. I have tried for several months to get him used to me. He is super loving to my wife but cowards whenever I come into the room. He doesn't bite just runs and growls. I've spent hours/days trying to befriend him. What little head way I make doesn't make it to the next day or even the next hour and I have to start over. It's exhausting for him and myself. We feel we've done all we can and would love for him to find a home with a single lady that he can love and be affectionate to. Would prefer not to take him to the local animal shelter. He is super loving toward women.
