Keisy is a gorgeous 3 year old female. She has spent her life living outside in a yard, chained up to a tether, never getting to experience love. she is eager to learn overall. We were not able to test her with other dogs since this is an emergent basis, so a home without other animals right now is preferred. Older children, as she was not raised in the home with children.
