Georgie is a handsome, quirky corgi (aren't they all?!). Georgie is 4 years old and 36 lbs. He is friendly, sweet, totally loveable, and even knows some simple commands, like 'sit'. Georgie was surrendered to rescue due to a change in his living situation, which required several young children to move into his home. Georgie is not a fan of having his cute corgi booty touched or his tootsies, so he is not a good candidate for a home with young children. Georgie lived with other dogs and is currently fostered in a home with 7 dogs and several cats. Georgie does absolutely amazingly with the cats but will occasionally growl at the other dogs if they get in his way. He exhibits appropriate warning signs and has not bitten/broken skin. Georgie is food aggressive but fed in a crate to avoid any potential issues between other pets. Georgie would do best in a home where someone is home more often than not, with no more than 1 other dog, and with a fenced-in yard. Georgie is fostered in Canton, OH and is available for an adoption fee of $400.00. Georgie is neutered, microchipped, heartworm negative, and appropriately vaccinated.
