Blind and poor hearing noted. 'After neuter, Chuck was noted to have anxiety issues that are currently well controlled with 200 mg of trazadone 2x per day. He was having submissive urination issues when he first arrived in foster care, and trouble with housetraining. The trazadone has negated the urination issues and by adhering to a schedule, has done well with housetraining. While in foster care, Chuck has adapted well to his surroundings.' Owner reports: Chuck was found as a stray and is being helped Moore's Rescue Ranch. His temporary foster with the rescue reached out for help. 'Chuck is a foster dog that needs to be trained by someone who understands blind and deaf dogs. Moore's Rescue is trying to find a home that can handle a dog with disabilities.' Chuck is described as an indoor dog who is crated. He is reported to be house broken and but not leash trained. Chuck is reported to be good with adults and other dogs. 'I did not check anything regarding children, because our children are grown and the youngest is a Freshman in High school.��%BD%A0 This said, I'm not sure how he would do with small children.��%BD%A0 He has high energy and jumps a lot, so he might knock down small children.��%BD%A0 I have been trying to train him to not jump, but because he has issues seeing and doesn't hear very well...this is going slow.��%BD%A0 It would be best if he is in a home with people that have��%BD%A0experience with blind and deaf dogs.��%BD%A0 ��%BD%A0I believe Chuck can see shapes, but has impaired vision.��%BD%A0 In addition, his hearing is not the best and this makes things difficult for training.��%BD%A0 He is a very sweet and nice dog that enjoys human touch and tummy rubs.��%BD%A0 We have 4 dogs of our own and he gets along with all of them.��%BD%A0 I'm not sure about cats, because we don't have one.'��%BD%A0 Can anyone help sweet Chuck?
