About Penny

Meet Penny...... Penny is a 4.8 pound Yorkie and is around 5 years old. She has not had the best of life and unfortunately her little teeth are proof of her neglect. She was to the vet today 12/27/23 and did have her teeth cleaned and a few were extracted. Yes, she still has teeth and can eat hard kibble. We do not have her exact birth date as she came in to rescue on transport with 9 other rescues. None of them had names or birth dates. Sweet little Penny is friendly and EXTREMELY SWEET! She has been fully vetted(spay, dental, heartworm test/prevention and vaccinations). Penny does use the doggy door in the adoption center to go out to potty, however we do have potty pads down for her to potty on as well. Penny is not leash trained and will need work in her new home on house training in her new home. We are looking for a home for Penny that has older children or no children as she is very small and can be injured very easily.
