HI - I'M OLIVIA. I'm a 7-year-old Chihuahua in need of a new foster or forever home. I was recently impounded at a scary shelter, and they found my owner, but my owner chose not to come for me. Thankfully I was rescued, but I'm still a bit scared, and I'll be seeing a vet after the holidays.
