About Savana

Savana is an approximately 7 month old pup who we believe is purebred. She was pulled from the valley, presumedly dumped in the middle of nowhere. She is housebroke, crate trained, good with large and small dogs, cats, and adults and children alike. She is more on the submissive side and her energy level is pretty laid back for a hound. She's a bit stubborn and loves cooler weather, so sometimes its hard to get her back in the house unless food is involved. She can be a bit food aggressive with other dogs, so we feed her seperately. Savana is silkly soft and loves to cuddle. She wiggles her entire body in greeting and frequently plops down to expose her belly for some attention. She has not displayed too many 'hound' tendencies to date, but she is still a pup. She does love a good squirrel chase and an Amazon delivery means a long run through the front pasture. Please have hound experience, and indoor environment, and a large area for her to play in. She is spayed, HW negative and on preventatives, current on all shots and rabies, and is microchipped. She is ready to meet her new family.
