To meet MAISEY MAE and be considered for adoption you must first submit an ADOPTION APPLICATION: www.aplaceofhoperescue.com MAISEY MAE is an 11 month old, 24 pound terrier mix surrendered by her owner LOCATION: Pensacola, FL NEEDS: Active family, a playful dog friend and a fenced yard! Maisey Mae is the sweetest girl with a lot of energy! She would be great for an active couple or family looking for a dog to go on adventures with! Like Tigger, she is happy, bouncy, and fun! Maisey Mae loves to play ball, and plays well with other dogs her size. (She is too energetic for little dogs.) She loves to go in and out the dog door to run around and play and explore the yard. She would love the activity and attention of older kids, but she is too much for little ones. We think she would probably chase a cat. She is working on her potty training and doing well but needs a little more work. She is the kind of dog who needs a fenced yard to burn that energy off! Remember she is just a playful, goofy puppy. When she is not playing, Maisey Mae likes to curl up on the sofa next to her foster mom for pets and snuggles. At night she sleeps in the big bed. She has had a wellness check at the vet, is up to date on shots, spayed, fecal tested, heartworm negative, has had a 12-month ProHeart heartworm prevention shot and is microchipped with a lifetime registration. This energetic sweetheart is ready for a forever home! *We are located in Pensacola Florida. Puppies, dogs with pending vet appointments, and dogs with behavioral issues are only adoptable within a 1 hour drive to Pensacola. Most others we will consider within a 5-hour drive. We do not ship or transport our dogs. *We are a foster-based rescue and do not have a facility. Our dogs live in private homes in and around the Pensacola area until they are adopted.
