About Cha Cha

3 year old female has developed fear nipping when groomed or nail clipping. She has fear bit my mom not hard but enough to scare my mother who is the primary owner. She is a great dog and makes us feel safe. She was brought home just before the pandemic and wasn't exposed to strangers. She ok with cats snd other dogs but has become a fear biter- my elderly mom is afraid of her now and is afraid for visiting company.
