The previous owners kept getting fined and then eventually the county was going to remove JoJo from the home. So the Foster that JoJo is with now stepped in to avoid Jojo going to the Shelter, and has had him for the past 3 months. His foster mom loves him very much, but it is now time for Jojo to find his Forever Family. MUST HAVE BREED EXPERIENCE.
