Moses should have been named Happy Feet. He dances as soon as you walk up. He doesn't meet a stranger. He is very affectionate. He is good with dogs but does best with submissive but not timid dogs as he get a little rough. He is in a crowded shelter so he doesn't get the proper exercise so there is a huge chance this will change.
