Name: Daphne Age: DOB 6/25/2023 Sex: female Breed: Goldendoodle - mom was a merle colored Standard Poodle, and dad was a Golden Retriever. Weight: 25 lbs currently, over 50lbs full grown Housebroken: not yet Kids:kids over 6 yrs are best Dogs: good Cats: unknown, but is a puppy so should be fine Housing: we prefer to place her into a house with backyard space. She will do better in this type of home environment Personality: shy, quiet, a little timid at first, but does come out of her shell. She will be an active puppy and she is very sweet and friendly. Would obviously do best with another young dog to play with to help with excessive energy, but not a requirement. Senior dogs will not like her playful energy. What we know: Breeder reached out to rescue for help in reducing her number of dogs. Daphne is playful & just learning to walk on leash. She will need a very active owner with plenty of time on their hands to raise her. She needs to be on an established daily routine. Goldendoodles need a very active lifestyle. She would love another dog to play with but not required. Grooming: this dog will require daily brushing, coat care and grooming appointments for the life of the dog. Grooming is expensive for this breed. Easily $100+ a visit. Keep this in mind when budgeting for a dog. About the breed: We cant stress this enough. Research the breed and know what you are adopting.
