Little Porter is a 9 month old German Shepherd mix that arrived to Long Beach Animal Care Services on 11/16/23 after bring found within an illegally parked vehicle in the process of being towed. Aside from being neglected and left in an unattended vehicle, poor Porter the puppy also arrived severely emaciated with protruding ribs and pelvic bones.
