About Henry

Adoption Fee: $500
Poodle / Australian Shepherd
Age: Puppy
Sex: Male

Henry is a super silly and loveable male Blue Merle Aussiedoodle. We brought him home right before Christmas last year when he was 6-8 weeks old. He is playful and great with kids and people. He also does well around other dogs as he is more on the submissive side and not going to try to bully or agress towards other animals and certainly not towards people. If you are looking for a guard dog- he will be helpful to alert you to any unusual noises or unknown guests, but he's definitely a lover and not a fighter. He will submit to dogs who need to establish dominance so if you have other male dogs (or domineering female dogs) he will do well to get along as the passive pup. Additionally, doodles are smart and generally fairly easy to train. Henry has not had any formal dog training but can follow simple commands. Additionally, he is crate trained, current on vaccinations (which can be made available), and he has official paperwork with birth certificate that was provided to us by the breeder. Unfortunately, due to changes in our family circumstances, we are not in a position to adequately care for him at this time. We want him to live his best possible life with an individual or family who has the ability to provide that for him in ways that we currently just cannot. We are praying for a perfect match for Henry and his new family/companion! In an effort to find the right family/individual who can adequately provide/care for Henry I am charging a rehoming fee. Part of this fee will cover personal expenses associated with rehoming such as a pre-adoption grooming session.
