I am the dog walker at Arnold Mo. Animal Control. Chuck has been at the facility for several months and needs to find a home soon or he will shut down completely. He's a sweet boy, good with people and has Lots of energy!! He's not that big, only about 35 pounds? I feel terrible for him hanging out day after day in a little cement cage with no joy in life except his walks. Please help him have a happy life!!
