Meet Win Dixie (aka Winnie). Our friend Koco, from Handover Rover, found her on the streets when she was really sick. She wasn't microchipped and we looked for her owners, but none were found. Now that she is healthy again, Winnie is looking for her furever home. Winnie is incredibly sweet and loves it when you give her lots of pets and attention. She is also obsessed with wand toys, especially ones with feathers and the plastic balls with bells in them. She does get scared with loud noises or if you run up to her. The vet says that she is 3-5 years old. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and dewormed. Winnie is negative for FeLV and FIV. She doesn't have fleas, ticks, ear mites or ring worm. She is litter box trained and eats both wet and dry food. Winnie gets along great with cats and dogs. She does well with children over the age of 5. She does well with strangers, including the vet. We can show proof of all her medical records. There are 2 things you need to know about her. One, she has some allergies. So when the weather changes and the windows are open she will sneeze and have watery eyes/nose. Two, she can start to compulsively itch herself if a bug gets on her. The vet recommended keeping her on Revolution Plus to help and it has worked wonders so far. We are asking for a $50 rehoming fee. She is in Mesa near University Dr and Gilbert Rd. This little lady is a love bug and you won't regret meeting her.
