Hey, hi, hello! My name is Marcia and I'm like the bestest gal around! Are you looking for an athletic buddy to accompany you on your hikes or other expeditions? I would love to be your new go-to! I am a 3-ish year old Hound dog that could really use a win! I'm a social butterfly who thrives when I get to be around my people. I love to go for walkies and especially love the kind where I can really put my nose to good use; since I love to really explore, I make a great hiking buddy and enjoy sniffing every leaf and rock that there is. I am happiest with an active lifestyle, though I'm also keen on napping next to you or snoozing away in my crate. Speak of - I am crate trained and am also mostly house-trained, though I could definitely use some more practice with both. I get on amazingly with other dogs and really enjoy have companions that love to romp and run the way that I do; I do have a paws on play style, so my future buddies (if you have any other dogs) should be ready to really play hard. I am also good with kiddos of all ages, but I don't always remember that I shouldn't jump up on them or if I get the zoomies, I might forget that little ones aren't so steady. The best thing would be to bring the whole fam, humans and dogs, by to meet me. My only request is that I go to a home without any kitties or other small animals. My adoption fee is $125, which covers all of my vetting.
