Jade is a 17 month old suspected Belgian Malinois mix, although her paperwork lists her as 'shepherd'. We were told she was thrown out of a moving car as a puppy. Whether that is true or not, she seems to have some fear of some men. Our male friends who have met her had more success when sitting than when standing. She is not aggressive, even when afraid. We have never had her around children, so we don't know how she is with kids. She is about 70 pounds, and has an average need for exercise. She does OK in our back yard, but also likes sitting on the sofa. She seems to have some separation anxiety, and we are working with her on not jumping. We were told she wasn't good with other dogs, and we've tried introducing her (on a leash) to other dogs we know, but haven't progressed beyond that. She is very jealous when our dogs are out and she is in her crate. We haven't integrated her into our household because of a cat and two small dogs. Would you like to be Jade's new Mom and Dad? We are asking for a small rehoming fee to make sure she gets the best possible outcome. Jade is spayed and up to date on shots / vaccines. She knows the commands for sit, down, stay, and come, and knows how to loose leash walk.
