About Nova

Meet Nova Nova was our mommy to 6 kittens. Her remaining kitten Nala and Nova are bonded and must be adopted together. Nova is a 1yr old and she is a beautiful girl. She is calm, laid back and this cutie pie is a new Wisconsin resident, having made the long journey with her kittens to come to Milwaukee from Texas. Note from their foster mom: Nova has amazing eyes and loves watching her kitten Nala run around and play. She loves to join in the fun, especially with a wand toy. She is shy with people and not very outgoing YET, but she has the potential to rule the house. Nova shows us she craves the attention, she just isn't ready to let her guard down. She will do that once she knows she has a home that she can call hers. She has really bonded with Nala. They often are snuggled up together or enjoying each other's company. They are super fun to watch as they chase each other. Nova's adoption fees are waived when you adopt her with her kitten Nalae and keep the family together. She will need to be in a home with no current resident cats. She will do great with older children, but no dogs please. Nala - She is 6 months old. She loves snuggling with Nova. They spend their days chasing each other, playing with toys, and watching out the window. They love to climb the cat tree and race each other up and down. Nala is super affectionate and will purr when being pet. She enjoys playing fetch with her favorite toys. She craves the attention from humans as well as from Nova. * Nova and Nala are bonded and will only be adopted together * They will do great with children, but no dogs please. Adoption fee waived - *** Her adoption fee is waived when you adopt Nova with Nala *** She is spayed, up to date on vaccine, dewormed, treated for fleas/ticks, and microchipped. You will receive the medical records. The adoption fee will enable us to finance our program of rescuing and readying additional dogs, puppies and kittens which we rescue, transport and adopt out in the northern United States. Our goal is to get as many homeless animals as possible out of south Texas, where we have a severe pet overpopulation crisis.
