About Finn

We adopted Finn as a young puppy in Bahrain in 2017 and brought him home with us. He has been a great pet, and rehoming him now is difficult! However, we just had our third child and we're about to move across the country. We have realized we simply don't have the ability to give Finn the time and attention he deserves. He is an athletic dog who enjoys outside time and activity, and wants to be doing things with the family. That said, he also does a great job just relaxing with the family in the living room during those quiet, rainy indoor afternoons and evenings. He plays well with dogs he knows, although he sometimes has trouble with unfamiliar dogs until he gets to know them a little. He heals well on a leash and stays with us when hiking off-leash on the trails. He has good recall and will not bolt away. He does have protective tendencies for his owners/family. He would be a GREAT pet for an active, loving owner!
