About Henry

Henry wandered off the street into our shop about 3 months ago, hungry but excited to be alive! He was super friendly from the get-go and grateful for his newly found food and affection dispensers! Henry wasted no time making himself at home and took his job of befriending everyone who walked in the establishment very seriously. 'A stranger is just a friend I haven't met yet!' One day, when we were walking in the neighborhood, he was recognized by his previous human. The man said he had Henry (aka 'King') since he was a puppy, but could no longer care for him due to hard times and personal issues. The man was very happy to see Henry alive and well, and agreed to have Henry rehomed to a loving family. So here we are, a long journey traveled; but now Henry is ready to meet his forever family! Henry is a 3-year-old Shar-pei/Pitty mix, weighing in at a whopping 75lbs! He is house trained, neutered, vetted, and up to date on vaccines and monthly preventatives. Henry is dog and people friendly and exhibits no prey drive towards cats or small animals, nor resource guarding of food or toys. He is a giant couch potato that just loves to be loved! But don't let his soft demeanor fool you, he can play ball with the best of them! Please contact with any questions or to schedule a meet and greet. Home checks are required.
