ATTICUS He's very sweet and loves cuddles. He loves to play and gets zoomies, but not as hyper as his brothers. Atticus is the leader of the kittens. He's very protective of his little pack and curious about new cats. He's the responsible brother... lol! He is a nice kitty who was rescued near the border with Mexico in the Rio Grande Valley. Atticus is a Seal Point Snowshoe mix with a fluffy tail. He is in his lanky teenage phase right now, but he will grow up to be a fluffy boy. Kitties over 16 weeks have transport available to most of the United States. Kittens younger than 16 weeks: adopters can fly to Austin or San Antonio airports. In Texas: Transport is available along 1-35 for a small donation to a rescue partner. They are also compatible with cat-friendly cats with similar energy levels. If interested in a cat/kitten with a higher energy level than your current cat, adopting a bonded pair is recommended to avoid upsetting your cat. Slow introduction to new dogs and cats, according to the Jackson Galaxy method, is important to ensure they get along. FLUFFY KITTIES Adopter must have experience grooming long hair cats or be willing to take a quick class on YouTube about grooming long hair cats. TRANSPORT DETAILS: Texas: cats over 14 weeks can travel along 1-35 or within 4 hours of San Antonio with a rescue partner for a small donation. Out of state: for cats over 14 weeks old, transport is available to most of the Southern states, plus CT, NY, PA, ME, NJ and a few other states for $175 per crate. If they get along and space permits, up to 2 cats or 4 kittens can share a crate, and cost will be split amongst adopters.
