About Grover

Grover is looking for his FOREVER HOME! We rescued this sweet boy from a rural Georgia Shelter this week after spending seven months in a small, raised, metal kennel. Dogs don't get that long up there, so you know, he was one of their favorites!!! He was a big boy that they used to test all the dogs and he loved everybody. Unfortunately, big dogs are very hard to move. We knew his time was up, so we had to give him a chance. Grover is a 2 year American foxhound mix and weighs 65 pounds. He is extremely dog friendly and is potty trained. He is the sweetest boy and wants to follow his person everywhere and be right by their side. He is an absolute gorgeous dog, and pictures don't do him justice. He will go to the vet this week, and will be neutered, micro chipped, and up-to-date with all of his shots. He is heartworm positive, but has already been on slow kill treatment for seven months in the shelter. He will come with a year of Heartguard with his adoption.
