About Beau

This classic blue guy is Beau. He is a 1.5 years old Australian Cattledog who weighs about 45 pounds. Beau is a smart guy. He knows sit, stay, and also shake. He is house and crate trained. He spent 10 days with a professional trainer who says he is smart and learns quite fast. His new home will have a lot of fun working with him. Beau is friendly with folks, and does appreciate when new people give him just a moment to get to know them. He is also good with other dogs of all sizes. He does like to play with dog friends and currently lives with other dogs, large and small. He is best in a home with mellow dogs. He is not good with cats and is e-collar trained (vibrate only) in case he sees a cat and isn't on leash. Beau is a fun dog. He loves to fetch and jumps high to get the ball. He is also great for adventuring. He is nice on leash. He is a good passenger in the car, though he likes arriving more than the actual car ride. Beau loves daily walks and will appreciate a home that keeps him active. He also loves to bite at water coming out of a hose! He is smart, fun, and will make a great pal for some lucky person. Beau is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations. He is located in the Los Angeles area. Beau is ready to meet adopters who can meet and adopt here. We do not ship our dogs. A home visit and vet reference are required to adopt.
