About Daisy

Daisy, Aussie Mix Spayed female, 35 lbs Up to date on vaccinations & preventative D.O.B: 11/23/2022 Daisy was raised around kids, cats, and other dogs. She loves to chase bugs and go for long walks. She's energetic, athletic, and smart. Fetching balls and playing tug with her humans are her favorite activities. She's affectionate and loves to cuddle. She knows basic commands, and is learning loose leash walking and ignoring people and other dogs when on walks. A fenced yard is her favorite play area. She would do best in an active home with experience with dogs who thrive when they have jobs to do. Daisy is dog-selective, and needs low-key introductions to make friends with other dogs. (She does well with the older resident dog in her foster home.) She can be wary around strangers. She's been doing very well with clicker training and behavior modification to improve her social skills. New owners should expect to continue this approach to help her become a great companion. With continued training for social skills she could become a partner in dog sports. Located in the Boston area.
