Mattan was found with his mom and siblings in Houston Texas. He lived outside with no real care or vetting. We just couldn't look the other way and offered to take this family into the organization and not a moment too soon. He was full of worms. He's currently spending his time inside, healing and getting fully vaccinated. If you're interested in Mattan, his siblings or his Mom, Natalia, please send a message.
