ZOBI, who loves everyone she meets including other dogs and cats, needs a loving home! Although she's currently learning the basics while living in a foster setting in Houston, ZOBI can be transported to virtually any home in the USA for the cost of her adoption fee, which also includes her vaccinations and spay.
