Jake is looking for his FOREVER HOME! We rescued this sweetheart from rural Georgia a little over a week ago. Jake is a 7 month old Plot Hound mix and weighs 45 lbs. He is fixed, microchipped, heartworm negative and up to date with shots. He is crate, trained and potty trained. He is small and large dog, friendly and cat friendly. He is the sweetest boy and wants to follow his person everywhere. His foster mom says he is a perfect boy!!
