About Bando

Bando was found when a fellow cat lover was walking home from school. He ran right up to her with rubber bands tied very tight around all four of his legs. Luckily, she was walking by at the right time. This little boy could've lost his life. He is exceptionally sweet and super snuggly! He loves humans and other animals alike.
