Hello I am in KY my neighbor has a dog that is aggressive with their other male. They are going to put it down. Is there anyway you all can help it find a home? The situation is not the best..the husband is pushing for her to get rid of it asap. Shelters here will put him to sleep. Please let me know. He is very skinny, sick and has a skin condition going on but they aren't taking care of him. They have agreed to get help if I can find any.
