Bio: Beauty has been with us for two weeks now and she has been nothing short of amazing. She came to us incredibly nervous, shut down, and fearful, but within 3 days she was as happy and confident as ever and playing with our own 3 dogs. Beauty is very fearful around men and strangers, and would do the best in a home with very small amounts of either. She walks perfectly on a leash, and is very well mannered and polite around the house. While she is content sleeping in her own bed, she does love the option to snuggle up with the rest of the family. Beauty is currently learning the basics of obedience, including sit, down, and stay. She is very treat motivated, and very eager to please. While it takes her a moment to warm up, she is by far the happiest, most loving dog we have ever met. Beauty isn't quite the adventure seeking kind of pup. Her favorite activities include playing with her foster siblings, sleeping, and bird watching. She would do best in a home with other dogs, without cats, and no children under the age of 12 as she needs a gentle and patient approach to interacting with her. She needs a forever home that fully understands and can accommodate for her anxiety, and a family that will be willing to carry out the rest of her training. Our Pack Animal Rescue, Inc. Is an all foster based rescue. Meet and greets are arranged after an application has been approved. Preapproval applications for future adoption are welcome.
