About Hattie (Southern ID)

Gentle Hattie came into rescue, a stray on the streets no one claimed. Bearded collie x about a year old, about 35#. She needed a haircut to take of pounds of matted, wire, twigs, cheat grass in her, once this was taken off her, she was a new girl. Very shy and fearfully of being beat, afraid to make any move, she would lie down on her back, so wanting a kind hand someone to love her and extend a gentle hand. She has learned its ok to come in the house without a raised angry voice or a beating. She has a long way to go, she did not get this way overnight. She loves people, other dogs and cats. She doing well on housetraining, her kennel with door open is her safe zone. she is spayed, up to date on vaccines, wormed, flea treatment, micro chipped. She is needs a home where she will be a member of the family, treated gently and with respect, baby steps to gain confidence. Hattie will be an amazing companion.
