Meet St. Valentine! This handsome pup found himself in an overcrowded kill shelter in NC, through no fault of his own. He, along with many other healthy pups, were on the euthanasia list to free up kennel space. Our rescue stepped in to save him at the last minute. We were not able to find a foster in time, but we got him out to safety and into boutique boarding facility. We don't know too much about him yet but we do know he is quite a lover!! And those markings are just gorgeous, the eye patch gets you everytime! St Valentine is about 3 1/2 yrs old and weughs in at very healthy 75 lbs, so he definitely has some large breed mixes in him! He keeps his kennel very clean and tidy, probably wants to impress the ladies! He is aptly named! Probably best suited in a home with older children just due to his size, apart from being a lover, he is larger and quite playful! And a cat-free home! Still testing him with other dogs but he's done well in small groups. Our guess is he would need to have a non alpha dog in his furever home. He is a sweet sweet boy. So, if you or someone you know are interested in adopting St. Valentine. Please contact KENNEDY by email or TEXT at (802)673-9026. [NOTE: St. Valentine is currently being boarded in the South. Transport will be scheduled for him to be brought to the Northeastern States for serious adopters only. We will transport him as close to you as we possibly can.]
