Xrays showed both were shot, Lucy through an eye. They were extremely skinny but so excited for attention and grateful for being able sleep inside at night. The vet removed the bullets from both and closed Lucy's eye. She is all healed and ready for love. Wearing a collar was new and she had never walked on a leash. She immediately taught herself to use the doggie door. She is super friendly with everybody, gets along with all dogs, gets excited about the cats and would probably chase if loose. She is ready for a loving, forever home to show her real love and how to be a wonderful member of the family. She was born about July 2022 and is 40-45 lb. Pretty certain there is boxer in their mix, not sure what mixed but seems to have a beagle look about her face. Adopter can receive a 1-hour free training session from Let's Get Pawsitive LLC .
