About Zoe

Zoe is a Female cat, 5 years old, adopted when she was only 2 weeks. She is a very low-maintenance cat who likes to keep to herself most of the day. She is fit for a home with NO OTHER PETS, and NO YOUNG CHILDREN as other animals cause her stress and make her on edge. She does not like to be approached, therefore she does not do well with young children who like to approach her. She has a very curious personality and likes to have her own space. She may approach you, sit near you, or even cuddle you when she wishes. She may get defensive if approached the other way around, so it's best to wait for her to warm up to you. She likes to be pet minimally but enjoys simply sitting on your lap (she will climb up to you herself). She LOVES to play with cat toys such as string on a stick, or wire toy, anything that makes her HUNT! At night, she will meow and drag her toy around, which is her way of asking to play! After warming up, she enjoys being combed while on your lap as well (some areas she does not like, such as her back sides and tail area). She is spayed and neutered, current on vaccines, and has a simple dry food diet. She has tried a variety of dry food brands with no issues, and she loves wet food as a treat every once in a while, as well as other treats on the market. She has an automatic food and water dispenser, litter box, cat tree, bed, and toys we can pass along to help with her transition. Owners are leaving the United States in a few weeks and are unable to take her along, and would love to find her another loving home.
