Rio came to us from an overcrowded shelter. First he was very scared but each day he's getting better and better. His tail is wagging and likes to come to us. His new home needs to give him time to adjust so he can learn to trust you. He still needs help with getting fully housebroken. No men in the household, only females. We do not know his past but he's terrified of men and will try to bite. He's good around other dogs but protects his food. Rio is 4y old and 15lb doxie mix.
