Whisper is a very sweet and loving dog. My mom is disabled and is having trouble handling her. She protects my 9y/o daughter from my dogs so would be best alone. She has been Spayed and had her knee surgery as a puppy. She has had 2 eyelid surgeries and is up to date on shots. She is great with my daughter but has no manners. We just want a better home for her. She needs more than we are giving her.
