About Bobo

Video: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/KnwCkGcr-dQ Bobo is a sweet boy who loves kisses and being loved on. He is about 5 years old and weighs 30 lbs. He is a heeler mix. He is calm and laid back but can also keep up on hikes and other adventures. He would be fine with just two walks a day or a yard to hang out in. He walks well on the leash and does well on the crate. He stays in an indoor/outdoor kennel at the rescue but when I've brought him inside, he went to the door when he had to potty. He is great with other dogs and complete ignores the cats. Sometimes he can get a little grumpy around food (only with other dogs) but he is being fed around other dogs daily and there have never been any issues/escalations. He just growls a little bit and tries to keep the food to himself but a simple voice command is enough for him to knock it off. Bobo was rescued from a high kill shelter in rural Oklahoma and tested positive for heartworm at the time. He had to undergo treatment which takes a long time and cost $500. He had a negative heartworm test about a year ago and he just had another negative heartworm test, so he is good to go to a home now. He is fully vetted. He is currently still in Oklahoma but can only be adopted out of state where people treat animals well. We have frequent transport to the locations below. He has to be prepaid and picked up directly from transport.
