About Mako

I took in what I was told was a mini Aussie (Australian Shepard) after careful research for compatibility only to find out I rescued an Australian Cattle Dog mix. According to my vet, he looks and acts all Heeler. I suspect he may be part Coyote. My two geriatric dogs are losing hair from the stress he causes them and I work 12-16 hour shifts so I just am not a good fit for him. I have a small yard and no livestock. His mother ran cattle and you can tell it's in his DNA because he herds animals and people alike. I paid for training. He did great but us doesn't respect women and I am one.
