About Blitz

Have you found yourself wondering who that handsome devil in my pictures? Well, you may be shocked to learn, but that's me. Yep! I really am just that stunning and I'm even better looking in real life; why don't you come by SVASC and meet me in person? The name's Blitz and I'm a 6 year old Husky/Border Collie that is looking to find a home that I can call my own. I am a spunky, outgoing pup, who would love to find an active home that doesn't mind plenty of shenanigans. Though I am believed to be mixed, I definitely favor my Husky side in personality (and looks... hubba-hubba, am I right!) I am an active pup, who loves to adventure; unfortunately, I am a bit of an escape artist when it comes to fences and kennels, so leash walking and/or supervised outside play would be best for me. I'm an 'all terrain' kind of fella and would be happy to be your right hand guy for all of your outdoorsy companion needs - camping, hiking, walks in the park... you name it and I'm down! I do get along with other medium-ish to large-ish sized pups, but SVASC encourages a meet and greet first, just to make sure that we'll be pals. I do need a home without any small animals, like cats or chickens, though please. Kiddos are okay by me, as long as they are fairly dog-savvy. My adoption fee is $125, which covers all of my vetting.
