About Scar

This is Scar. He is estimated to be around 3 yrs old per vet who neutered him. He was a stray that found me (along with 12 others). He was missing some hair (not mange like), small (7lbs), but automatically acted like he was my cat, fighting other strays trying to get to me. I TNR'd him (he apparently had fleas and was treated for those also). Once healed, let him back out and he would not settle down. He may even fight more. After surgery, about a week later, he had an open would in his pelvic area. Took him in and they gave him an antibiotic shot. It was healing well and he went back outside... He got in a BAD fight with another stray and they went fighting under a trailer where I could not access them. Both ended up bleeding. Scar ended up having a bite puncture that abcessed and he needed another antibiotic shot. He's been in my laundry room for about 3 months. He can no longer stay in there (I have 4 of my own cats and 1 dog). Besides the cost which I cannot afford, he needs a HOME. He is ok with my kitten that runs in there on occasion, but doesn't like the other strays. I feel he is a danger to himself and other cats if I let him outside. AND now he is overgrooming due to stress/anxiety and losing hair. He is a Lovebug to me. I don't want to see him outdoors fighting, and losing, and freezing... Or in a cage awaiting euthanasia. I I could keep him, I would. I've already let him overstay his welcome per my husband. Please, Please, PLEASE help and give this awesome cat a loving home or place to stay that can help relieve his anxiety so his hair grows back in. I'm willing to travel for him.
