About Yoshi

Yoshi is almost 2 in December. She's got quite a bit of energy, so she needs to go to a home with room to run and parents that will give her the stimulation she needs. If you're not familiar with GSP's then I wouldn't really recommend her as a starting point. She listens pretty well, just needs to work on coming on command more. She doesn't chew and is house trained. She is apprehensive around new people, which makes her a great guard dog, but once she knows you she is very sweet. We have a small child and she does very well with her. She has never bitten a person and knows her place, but she is a bit aggressive with our other female dog. We are mainly getting rid of her because she has attacked her a few times, something we hoped would stop as she aged and we trained her, but it's not getting any better. We've never really had her around male dogs so she might do fine with an alpha, but I do not recommend having her around another female.
