Lola is a 3yo, spayed female, 80 pound, mixed breed. She was found roaming the streets in Miami Dade in March 2023. She is the perfect blend of sporty and snuggly - she makes a perfect combination indoor/outdoor dog. She taps her nose on the door handle when she's ready to go potty. She can sit, stay, paw, lay down, heel, and knows 'go to your crate'. At home, she is a velcro dog, laying at your feet quietly in every room. When you're out of the house, she'll nap and is a pleasure to return home to. She loves her daily walk. She would do well with a fenced yard where she can patrol the grounds for lizards and lay in the sun. She likes to retrieve her tennis ball and loves when you play tag with her. She is mostly quiet but will alert you when a visitor arrives. She doesn't jump on people but has been caught counter-surfing when food was left out. She should be slowly and properly introduced to new people, as she is a mix of 3 guard dog breeds, and needs to accept them as part of the pack. She has behaved perfectly in brief interactions with older, well-behaved children. She goes belly up right away for belly rubs. Lola still has some wonderful puppy energy left and once she bonds with you she is just wonderful to relax with on the couch at the end of the day. ***No cats.
