About Charlie

This dog was scheduled to be put down yesterday at 4 and I could not let that happen so I adopted him. When I adopted him, I fully intended on trying to find a better home for him. I'm not able to keep him because I already have nine animals in my house. I adopted him to save his life because nobody else had inquired on him. I am only charging a rehoming fee of $60. We are taking him to the vet this Saturday to be checked out to make sure everything is OK. He is a very happy boy. Who ever had him before us, and before the shelter got him, did abuse him. You can see a mark around his neck, where a rope or chain had been around his neck for a very long time. It took about 10 minutes for him to warm up to us, and he is very loving. He was a little more skittish of my dog because my dog is a Great Dane. He is not fixed, but I have a voucher to get him fixed and he is micro chipped. He will get along with other dogs but it will take time since he was abused in the past.
