About Abused and euthanized

Will be euthanized because he is scared in a kennel. this is what the shelter has to say about him: 'Mischief came in as a cruelty confiscation on 9/6/23 as his former owner was starving him. Mischief came in with a BCS of 1/9 (lowest possible score) and has grade 2-3 out of 4 dental disease. He gained 8lbs in his first week of being here. Despite the treatment he received from humans, he is a sweet, playful dog that gets along well with other dogs. His only issue is that he is barrier reactive inside the cage. Once outside, he is calm and sweet. Mischief needs a rescue that will allow him to show his true self and give him a quiet place to decompress from all he's been through.
