About Royalty

**ROSY ROYALTY** Age 2yrs Phoenix AZ. Please help us welcome this very sweet girl Royalty to the FTP family! We were made aware of her situation by one of our partners Two Pups Wellness Fund and they asked us for help. We said YES! Here we go.....this loving and very sweet girl was dumped by her young family because they were pregnant...UGH! So, their first 'baby' had to go. Royalty spent her life...every day...all day...locked in a kennel in an apartment and ignored. She was also under-fed and came to us very underweight. We gave her time to decompress, get the proper nutrition, be fully vetted, and interact with her to really get to know her personality and where she is going to need some support. She is ready now for her big introduction! She is so excited and happy to be free roaming and making new dog and human friends. She is great with all dogs of all sizes and ages. She is really smart and catches on to direction/correction and training very fast. She is a good listener, is potty trained and knows how to use the doggie door. She is not destructive and LOVES playing tug-of-war and fetch with her new friends. Because she was ignored and isolated for so long, she lacks some social skills but is catching on fast to ques from her furry friends. Royalty has a slight toy obsession (not aggression) because she likely has never had toys of her own. A slight correction is all she has needed. She also has some separation anxiety from being all alone for so long, she is getting better each day. She will need a family that can give her the proper guidance, patience, love and confidence she needs to feel secure. She will need continued training and a consistent routine....we feel she will catch on really quickly. She has the best temperament for kids.... she just does not seem to know her own size and is a bit clumsy. She could accidentally knock over small kids so older and bigger is ideal. She loves all people so kids would really benefit her. She is just learning her size and how to successfully move about her space. She is a beautiful all black American PB Terrier mix who is spayed, UTD on shots, microchipped and weighs in at 39lbs. Who wants to give this sweet girl a chance at the life she really deserves?
