About Grace & Hope bonded

American Staffordshire Terrier
Age: Young Adult
Sex: Female

Grace and Hope are two VERY bonded sisters who came to the shelter in absolutely horrible condition - they had diarrhea, were malnourished, had wounds on their necks, bite marks on their bodies and were obviously used as breeding machines. And yet in spite of what they were subjected to in the past, they remain quietly friendly, gentle, & well-mannered. They are extremely dependent on each other and who can blame them? All they've had in life has been each other. They walk side by side and move as one, are house-trained, easy to walk and have shown no interest in other dogs. Grace loves to roll in the grass and Hope likes to dig in the dirt. These 5yr-old sisters have been at the shelter since February and are in desperate need of a hero to take them BOTH before their time runs out. They are very good pups who have no idea what it means to feel loved and safe. Please consider opening your heart and home to both girls - it's a big ask, but the reward - the love, loyalty, gratitude and appreciation they'll give you will be absolutely worth it!
